Each computer has different display settings, therefore we are not responsible for minute differences in color, detail, etc. The pictures for all of our products are taken from the real products by the owner (that's me!). The shop has the right to modify price, size, item description at any time. The shop also reserves the final right of decision in case of disputes.
The only accepted payment method is PayPal. Any private and personal information collected during order processing and payment will strictly be kept confidential.

All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). Orders that are less than 13 ounces are sent First Class, and orders over 13 ounces are shipped via Priority Mail. All orders are shipped without any special add-ons, such as insurance, delivery confirmation, etc. Therefore we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages in the mail. However we can add any services by request, which will be charged on top of the order. This MUST be requested before placing the order. All images used in Loveliest Jewels are copy-right protected and you understand that the mis-use without authorization from the rightful owner may lead to prosecution.
All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges and returns. If damage to item was made during shipping transit, please e-mail us within 24 hours of receipt of package. Please e-mail us your full name, address, along with a clear and obvious picture of the damage. We will inspect the case, and depending on the severity of damage, will provide you with an appropriate amount of store credit. We cannot refund money.
